Returns and Exchanges

Damaged or Imperfect Items

In our pursuit of sustainable luxury, perfection is always the goal. Nevertheless, sometimes the journey of a product can lead to unexpected imperfections. Should you find your item less than perfect due to damage or fault, we're here to make it right.

Upon receiving such items, please connect with us immediately. Notify our team by emailing us at sales@sarloh.com.au, including images of the imperfection, your order number, and the email linked to your purchase. Our team will swiftly guide you through a resolution process.

Before making any returns, ensure you've reached out to our dedicated customer service team.

 

Returns Due to Change of Heart

For those moments when your purchase doesn’t resonate as hoped, we're here to assist. Please note, however, that Sale items are exempt from this process due to their special pricing.

Should you reconsider your purchase, and upon presenting valid proof of it, we may offer a refund within 30 days from the date of reception. Ensure that your items are in pristine, unused, and unwashed condition with all tags intact. A flat fee of $12.95 or the specific oversize delivery rate per item will be deducted from your refund to address return shipping costs.

For such inquiries, reach us at sales@sarloh.com.au. Include your order number and purchasing email for a smoother process. Our Australian clientele will benefit from a prepaid return shipping label sent via email.

We request your patience and not to send any items back until our customer service team gives the nod.

 

Exchanges

Your happiness matters, but currently, we cannot facilitate direct exchanges. However, the Returns process remains open. To get a different item, simply initiate the return as mentioned and place a new order for the desired piece.

 

Refund Processing Time
